Crimping hole board

The crimping holes are mostly made for standard components with pins, which are directly inserted during installation and do not need to be soldered since the pins will be extruded and connected with the hole wall. So, there are higher requirements of the quality of the crimping holes. The crimping hole can reduce the wave soldering set for such components, and it is easier to replace the components. Of course, the reliability of the hole will be affected if it is replaced multiple times. The aperture tolerance of this type of holes is stricter than the generals. The tolerance of the conventional holes is ±3mil, but it is ±2mil when it comes to the crimp holes generally. However, multiple processes such as drilling, via plating, and surface finishing will affect the tolerance of the crimping holes. So, the production of crimping holes requires high process quality control from the manufacturing factories. And our factory has enough ability and experience to strictly control the tolerance of crimping holes.
