Oversized board
Conventional PCB production equipment can only meet the production requirements within 600mm. Considering that the technology edge size needs to be reserved during processing, the conventional size of our board will be controlled within 550mm. But in some cases, some boards with a single side size exceeding 600mm may be needed, such as some large machine tools and consoles. The existing production equipment in our industry has its own limit production capacity. Our factory can produce single side and double sides boards with a maximum size of 1200mm, and the maximum size of boards with more than 4 layers can be 800mm. In addition, oversized boards have requirements for equipment, for example, we need to print solder mask inks twice for a board over 600mm with Conventional equipment.
